Time and again, our diets are failing. Either we don’t lose weight, or we gain it all back (and often more!) in the next months or years. For those few who manage to find some success, it usually comes with many, laborious restrictions. Whatever the course they are taking, our diets are clearly not working.

We’ve discovered another way: A way to be diet free forever! This path of mindfulness, self-discovery, healing, and growth allows most of us to establish and maintain a healthy weight. Even more importantly, it allows us to find freedom from the diet roller-coaster and all the shame that accompanies it.

As a psychologist and a spiritual director who have both walked and studied this journey, we utilize psychological principles, Biblical principles, and personal experience to explore a way out of the roller-coaster between dieting and excess.
